Board of Directors

The K-LIFE Board of Directors serves on a voluntary basis, providing leadership and setting policy for the ministry. They oversee the Executive Director, who in turn supervises the staff. Each of the Board members is from the K-LIFE listening area.

Dan Lemburg

Founder and President, Chairman of the Board

Dan is a commercial real estate developer and has provided leadership for the K-LIFE ministry since the organization was founded in 1989.

Y. Leon Maksoudian

Secretary

Leon is a retired professor from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and is also a founding Board member.

Dan Woods

CFO

Dan is an orthopedic surgeon and a founding Board member of K-LIFE.

Steve Potratz

Member at Large

Steve is the President of the Parable Group and has been on the Board for more than 10 years.

Tyler Liljekvist, Member at Large

Member at Large

Tyler is the CEO of The Financial Firm Real Estate Financing Services, and is also a licensed minister. He has been involved with K-LIFE since its sign-on in Ventura County.
