So here's the picture:   The lead singer of the band Sanctus Real, Matt  Hammitt and his wife Sarah, are in the hospital with their son who may or may not make it. This band has a top song in the country right now. "Lead Me" is a candid look into the struggles of balancing life, all under God's leading. "Lead Me" is impacting families everywhere, for the better.
