From Baseball to Music to Cooking?

When Jonny Diaz headed off to Florida State University in 2002 on a baseball scholarship, it looked like he'd follow in the footsteps of his brothers, who all attended college on baseball scholarships; his older brother Matt Diaz is currently the left fielder for the Atlanta Braves. But God had other plans.

Jonny has released his first label record, More Beautiful You, after 3 Indie projects.  You've heard the title cut on K-LIFE.

But enough about music.  Jonny shares a recipe for his favorite Texas Sheet Cake.   Preheat oven to 400°
