Jobs

 

Finance Manager is being sought for a non-profit Christian organization. This position is responsible for the implementing, and maintaining of the organization’s accounting and financial policies. Oversees the financial and accounting operations of the organization, including banking, account reconciliations, bookkeeping functions, payroll, budget preparation and financial reporting. Recommendation and implementation of the short and long-term financial strategies of the organization. 20 hours/week.   Requirements:
  •  A mature Christian faith and shared commitment to the organization’s mission to lead people into a more intimate relationship with Jesus Christ.
  • Understanding of accounting, bookkeeping and financial management. Non-profit experience a plus.
  • Proficiency with QuickBooks. Experience with MS Office and various database applications.
  • BS in Business Administration with an option in Accounting or Finance with at least 4 years of hands on accounting experience.
  • Comfortable working with individual donors, vendors, financial institutions and Board of Directors.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
